2.3 All payment details are processed securely in compliance with data protection regulations.
3. Orders and Minimum Order Quantity
3.1 The minimum order volume for wholesale clients is 500 sq. ft. Orders below this volume may be subject to approval.
3.2 Orders placed with Marblecraft LTD are considered final once confirmed. Any changes, including cancellations or amendments, must be communicated within 48 hours of the order being confirmed. After this period, changes may incur additional charges.
3.3 Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. Marblecraft LTD reserves the right to cancel or substitute an order if the product is no longer available.
3.4 Product Selection: Granite is a natural material; variations in texture, pattern, and colour are inherent and expected. These variations are not considered defects.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery time is 5 to 8 weeks from the order confirmation date. This timeline may vary depending on order volume and shipping destination.
4.2 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs, including customs and duties, are calculated at the time of order processing based on the delivery location and volume of the order.
4.3 Packaging and Insurance: We ensure all granite slabs are securely packaged and insured during transit. However, Marblecraft LTD is not liable for damages caused by mishandling during shipping by third-party courier services.
4.4 Delays: Delivery dates are estimates. Marblecraft LTD is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including transportation, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.5 Delivery Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at the time of order. Any incorrect or incomplete address may result in delays or additional shipping charges.
5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1 Order Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. After this period, the 30% advance payment will not be refundable.
Any cancellation after dispatch will incur additional charges and may result in the loss of the advance payment.
5.2 Returns:
Due to the nature of granite as a natural material, returns are not accepted unless the slabs are damaged during transit or the wrong products were delivered.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.
5.3 Defective Products: Marblecraft LTD will provide replacements or issue a refund for defective items, provided the issue is reported in a timely manner and falls within the warranty conditions.
6. Product Quality and Warranty
6.1 Granite Inspection: All slabs are inspected for defects before shipment. However, as granite is a natural stone, slight imperfections, variations in colour, and patterning are considered normal and are not grounds for a return.
6.2 Warranty: Marblecraft LTD guarantees the quality of the granite slabs supplied. However, no further warranty is offered for issues arising from improper installation, maintenance, or misuse.
6.3 Product Variations: Granite slabs are unique, and slight variations in texture, veining, and colour are inherent to the stone. We do not accept claims for these natural variations.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Liability Limitation: Marblecraft LTD’s liability to the client, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total value of the goods purchased from the order in question.
7.2 Marblecraft LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, arising from the use of our products or services.
7.3 Force Majeure: Marblecraft LTD shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental regulations.
